Blair is a cut out plunged V-neck fit & flare cocktail dress uniform that hits just above the waist for a beautiful shape and good for all sizes. It's made with medium weight crepe with a bias cut skirt to lay perfectly on the body with a flutter hemline. The side cutouts hit just above the waistline for a great fit. Our custom uniform cocktail dress is fully lined in soft stretch satin and foam cups for support with an invisible zipper.
